Welcome to Posture Correction List. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About This Site

Posture Correction List publishes long-term reviews, comparisons and how-to guides on the everyday gear people use to sit and stand straighter: posture corrector braces, cervical neck relaxers, lumbar support pillows, back stretchers and laptop stands. Every product is used for weeks at a real desk, in a real car and on a real couch before we write a word, and we say what bugged us as plainly as what helped.

Posture and Back Safety

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We are not doctors or physical therapists. Sharp, shooting, or radiating pain, numbness or tingling in the arms or legs, weakness, or pain after a fall or accident needs a medical professional, not a gadget. If you have a herniated or bulging disc, osteoporosis, a spinal fusion, recent surgery, or a heart or circulation condition, ask your doctor before using a back stretcher or neck traction device.

Posture braces are a reminder, not a cast. Wearing one too tight can pinch the armpits, chafe the skin, or numb the hands; start with short sessions, stop if your fingers tingle, and never sleep in one. Neck relaxers and cervical traction pillows should be used lying flat for a few minutes at a time, never with force, and stopped at once if you feel dizziness, headache, or tingling. Back stretchers can over-arch a stiff spine; begin on the lowest setting for a minute or two. Lumbar pillows and laptop stands should support a neutral position, not push you into a new strain. Keep a laptop stand on a stable surface so it cannot tip.
